August Meeting Minutes

North side Amateur Radio Club met at 2pm, at the Moreau fire station, for our August meeting. Meeting started at 2:15pm. We had 15 members present.

Old business:

2000 pts were sent in for field day.

Bake sale to fund Picnic- to be discussed at September meeting.

Picnic will be Oct. 10^th, 2010 and will take place of our October meeting. Need to set up Oct. nets at September’s meeting.

Treasure’s report: $742

New Business:

Luke to check on movies for presentations at our meetings.

Motion was made and approved to give Luke money to get main dishes at picnic.

Turkey fest- talked about setting up a stand/booth, Luke will contact people.

Tech time:

Dave Stewart brought in his psk interface and shared his story of his grandson’s interest.

Old minutes were read by secretary and approved with Luke motioning and Dave Stewart as 2^nd.
