North side Amateur Radio Club met @2pm at the Moreau Fire station for the September club meeting. Meeting started at 2:18pm, and we had 13 members present.

Old Business:

Luke got a booth for Turkey Festival

Club decided not to have a bake sale

Picnic will be October 10^th, 2010 from 12-4pm at Rock Island Park in Eldon

Luke to bring a list of movies for the club to look at and think about purchasing one or two for the club library

The booth for turkey Fest has power and set up time will be 7am starting at 8am. The 25^th of October

Treasurer’s report: A check was written in the amount of $45 dollars for the booth at Turkey Fest.

Minutes were read and approved with Luke motioning and Dave Stanberry seconding and all in agreement.

New Business:

Local Ham clubs are interested in doing a fox hunt with us on a Saturday morning.

Luke has volunteered to update site with upcoming ham fests and conventions.

Luke will be talking to Kenny about treasurer’s position

Christmas Dinner is set for Dec 4^th 5pm or 6pm at the fire station

Tech time:

Dave Meye has a linear amplifier that he is trying to get rid of.

Luke motioned and Dave Meye seconded meeting was closed at 3:30pm
