The Northside Amateur Radio Club met for its monthly meeting on Sunday, April 5, with 13 members and 3 guests present. The meeting was called to order by the President. The February minutes were approved and in the absence of the treasurer it was reported that the club has at least $227.50 in the treasury.

Eldon Walmart was not cooperative with allowing our organization to have a bake sale. Motion was made and seconded to move to the Osage Beach store. Motion passed. Luke will check for prospective dates and let us know what is needed.

The Club Call has been renewed with the FCC.

We should be receiving paperwork from ARRL to list our test dates with them.

Bryon has obtained a banner and literature from ARRL.

Victor reports that we have had over 800 hits on the website.

New Business:

A large group will be going to KC on the 18th for the Ararat hamfest. Contact Luke if you would like to go with the group.

Luke would like the club to get active in foxhunting later in the year.

Ace has retired from his unofficial position as club cook. Jason and Luke will take over cooking duties for Field Day.

Motion was made and seconded to present Bryon as President, Dave S as Vice, Danielle as Secretary, and Kenny as Treasurer. Motion passed. Vote passed

Because May is extremely busy, the May meeting has been moved to April 26th.
